Control Panels
The microprocessor-controlled digital system with a graphic negative LCD 12 colors control panel is a sophisticated piece of technology designed to streamline and enhance various functions within a vehicle. At its core, this system offers a wide array of functions that cater to the needs of both the vehicle and its occupants.
Starting with the digital clock feature, it provides accurate timekeeping to ensure that occupants are always aware of the current time. This is essential for scheduling activities and maintaining a sense of order within the vehicle. Moving on to the test car and service battery B1 and B2 condition function, this allows users to monitor the voltage and graphic representation of the batteries, ensuring that they are operating optimally.
The system also includes a feature to test the drinking water tank level, displaying both the percentage and a graphic representation for easy monitoring. This is crucial for ensuring that occupants have access to an adequate water supply during their journey. Additionally, the system can test the internal and external temperature, providing valuable information to help maintain a comfortable environment within the vehicle.
Furthermore, the waste water tank alarm feature alerts users when the tank reaches capacity, preventing potential leaks or overflows. The electronic battery separator ensures efficient power distribution between different battery sources, optimizing energy usage. The system also controls the 3-way fridge, protecting it with fuses and managing the recharging of the car battery.
Moreover, the system offers a save service battery function to preserve battery life and a software update option via USB for easy maintenance and upgrades. The inclusion of a "twilight" sensor adds convenience by automatically adjusting settings based on ambient light conditions, enhancing the overall user experience.
In conclusion, the microprocessor-controlled digital system with a graphic negative LCD 12 colors control panel is a comprehensive solution that combines functionality, convenience, and efficiency to elevate the driving experience and ensure the smooth operation of essential vehicle systems.
Modular Plates,Switches,
Enhance the professional look of your projects with modular switches, sockets, accessories, and frames.
Customize your controls to meet your requirements and placement needs. CBE provides switches for two-way lighting, including dimmer series switches. Choose from single pole, double pole, and block push button options available in various finishes and colours.
The system comprises 3 parts: the modules (switch, socket, etc.), a support frame that sits around the modules, and an outer frame that provides the trim and snaps over the support frame. You simply select the modules you need, then add the corresponding sized support frame and outer frame to match the number of modules
12V LED TEST PANEL is a versatile and essential component designed specifically for monitoring the levels of one drinking water tank and one waste water tank. This innovative panel not only ensures accurate readings but also offers convenience and efficiency in managing water resources. It is expertly crafted to seamlessly integrate with the “Modular Plates” range, providing a cohesive and streamlined solution for your monitoring needs.
Battery Test Panel
The battery test panel is an essential component designed to work seamlessly with the CBE modular switch and socket system. This panel serves a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning and performance of the entire electrical system. By connecting the battery test panel to the CBE system, users can easily monitor the status of the batteries, assess their health, and detect any potential issues or malfunctions promptly.
Moreover, the battery test panel provides users with a convenient way to conduct regular checks and maintenance tasks, helping them to prevent unexpected downtime or failures. Its compatibility with the CBE modular switch and socket system makes it a versatile and practical tool for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts working on electrical installations.
Gas Detectors
The CBE BMTG LPG and soporific gas detector is specially crafted for the campervan, motorhome, caravan, RV, and boat sectors, boasting a sensor life of 10 years. It is capable of identifying butane, propane, their blends, and ether gas with a sedative impact. With two calibration settings accessible via a configuration bridge at the rear, users can fine-tune sensor sensitivity based on usage and installation location. An audible and visual alert system signals the presence of gas in the atmosphere before it reaches a level that could trigger an explosion (LPG) or cause harm to individuals (sedative gas). Operating on a 12V DC supply sourced from the vehicle's electrical system, the detector consumes a mere 50mA. A green LED confirms operational status, while a buzzer and flashing red LED indicate gas detection. Moreover, the unit includes a 250mA auxiliary output for activating external devices like alarms, buzzers, relays, or lights.
The CBE BMTCO carbon monoxide (CO) gas detector has been specifically designed for the campervan, motorhome, caravan, RV and boat markets, and has a 10 year sensor life.CO is a poisonous gas that is released from the combustion of any fossil fuel such as wood, coal, oil, natural gas, fuel oils, propane, butane, gasoline, diesel, etc. It is an odourless, colourless and non-irritating gas that can escape from pipes, cooking and heating appliances that are not kept in perfect working order or that are faulty. In the human body, “CO” binds to the blood haemoglobin and reduces the oxygen supply. In high concentrations, CO can kill in a few minutes.
The detector requires a 12V DC supply so can be powered directly from your vehicle's electrical system, and has a very low current consumption of 15mA. A green LED indicates that the unit is working correctly and on detection of the presence of CO, a buzzer will sound and a red LED will flash. The unit also has a 250mA auxiliary output that can be used to trigger an external device such as an alarm, buzzer, relay, light etc.
CBE Support Frames
All the above mount beautifully in the respective Module support frames, desined and manufactured specifically for use with the CBE modular switch and socket system.
IMPORTANT: Support frames must be used as part of the modular system. They provide a frame into which the switch and socket modules sit and enable an outer frame (trim) to be secured in place.
CBE Outer trim frames with an array of finishes enhance the final fit.
Six different finishes including aluminium, grey, charcoal, champagne, black and silver.
