Delivery and Returns

​

We aim to pack and dispatch all stocked items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order and payment. During peak season this may take longer.

If goods are not available from stock we will contact you as soon as possible to advise availability or an alternative part.​

Please note:  we do not ship orders over the weekends or Bank Holidays​

Our standard shipping fee is £5.99 for goods under the value of £250.00
FREE SHIPPING 

  • Orders over £250.00 will be sent FREE using Royal Mail, DPD, Parcel Force or our suppliers' preferred courier for all non-stocked or back order goods. (del exp 2-5 working days).

  •  We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom

  • Occasionally we have to use other couriers due to the size or weight of a parcel, and/or the final destination of the parcel (Remote areas). In these circumstances, we will  contact you  with extra

RETURNS

  • Please use a suitable carrier and tracked delivery service when you return any item to us as we will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • Under distance selling regulations, you can return goods that are not required. You have 14 days from ordering to advise us of your return. Please note that unwanted goods must be returned in the original, undamaged, unopened packaging and be in a resalable condition. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of advising us of your product return to receive a full refund.

  • If you wish to return faulty goods or components,  please email us at info@land-and-sea.co.uk, describing the fault in full, the order number and the order date and so we can deal with your problem as quickly as possible.

  • Please note cut/made-to-measure and special order items are exempt from returns unless they are faulty.

  • Cancelled orders of non-faulty goods that were initially paid by credit/debit card or PayPal may incur a charge for a refund. Credit card charges/PayPal charges are 2.1% of the final purchase price, this will be deducted before your refund is issued

  • Refunds are usually processed within 1-2 days but under situations beyond our control, please allow up to 7 days.
